The goal today was to do the same weight I did on swiss bar floor press straight weight but add one chain to each side. I obviously thought that I'd probably have to lower the bar weight a tad but these chains were heavier than the ones I usually use at 32lbs a pop as opposed to the 18b ones at my other gym. Instead of my planned  triples, I just stuck with doubles on my last work sets. Next week I'll drop the bar weight a tad to overload the lockout with more chains and hit triples. My ME upper day is a day for me to hammer my triceps with heavier load and lockout work. I'm excited to get back into my shirt and see how it will carry over.
