I felt pretty good going into deadlifts. My opener is 640 which should be very easy. I set it so if something went crazy I could pull it raw.

I only took 4 singles for warm ups...

225 for a single, 405 for a single 495 for a single and 585 for a single.

 

Opening attempt: 640 - 3 white lights

second attempt: 710 - 3 white lights

third attempt: 725 - 3 white lights

 

I finished the deadlifts with a 20 pound PR.
