Finally back to real training!

I am not actually training to do a meet after this training cycle but I am training like I am. I need two or three good solid training cycles under my belt this year to be ready for what I am looking to accomplish later this year.

My first goal is to squat 1000 pounds. My second goal is to bench 750ish. My third goal is to pull 675 and my fourth goal is to total over 2300 pounds.

Here is the beginning of this journey. Follow me as a 25 year vet, bench only guy that is turning 45 years old soon. Here we go....
