This road to a 1000 pound squat start today....
My projection for this training cycle will be 960 pounds. As always with our reverse band method here at Team Nebobarbell starting this week and every 2 weeks after here is what I will do squatting. This will be briefs and suit on this weeks.
-I will start this week (12 weeks out) with our biggest black band (black band broke so we used blue and a green together) this week and work up to 960 pounds for a single to depth, light straps up and light knee wrap.
-(10 weeks out) I will drop to blue bands working up to 960 pounds for a single to depth, light straps and light knee wraps.
-(8 weeks out) I will drop to grey bands working up to 960 pounds for a single to depth, medium straps and medium knee wraps.
-(6 weeks out) I will drop to orange bands working up to 960 pounds for a single to depth, medium straps and heavy wraps.
-(4 weeks out) I will drop to green mini bands working up to 960 pounds for a single to depth, medium straps and heavy wraps.
-(2 weeks out) I will drop to red mini bands working up to my "opener" for a single to depth, medium straps and medium wraps.

This has been our training for multiply for 15 years. It has worked every time for us. Let see how it goes this time as well....
