My shoulders are feeling good, my elbows are feeling good and my body is feeling pretty good too. This has probably been the best and the smartest ten weeks of training that I have had in quiet sometime. By me playing smart and not over doing it, hopefully will allow me to push the gas just a little bit harder next training cycle.

This will be my last week of training then I will take a couple weeks of down time then I will get right back into another training cycle.
