Today I did tons of rehab and tons of stretching before getting started.

I am currently weighing at 298. 17 pounds less than in October at my last meet. I feel better and there has been no loss in power or strength. So far so good.

As always I really do my best to hit areas I need help in on these days. My training time is a little over an hour and my rest time is very short too. Im not running anywhere or doing hills so this is my GPP....
