On these even weeks of training I will be squatting in just briefs but using percentages based on my projection of 960.

I was super pleased with how today went since the last few days I have done nothing but eat, sleep and take medicine. I was happy with my speed on all the sets I took. Im still dialing things in weekly and doing my best to perfect my pick up each and every rep I take.

Our Team is looking fantastic so far this cycle. Everyone looks hungry and ready to go everyday we train. We will have 11 lifters competing in March at The IPA Tennessee State Championships in Gatlinburg, Tenn - March 16, 2019! I am very excited about what each of my Teammates can accomplish individually and collectively as a Team.
