Today I stepped down to a grey band. Each week everything has gone as planned but during these last several days I am still trying to get back to 100% feeling better.

I decided it was best to not take my prescribed 750 pounds and just shut it down at 730. I am a firm believer in not missing lifts during a training cycle. And for me when "maybes" come in to question I do not want to take that chance. So I ended on a positive note instead of a "maybe" I will get this and "maybe" I won't. The younger me would have not paid any attention to bullshit like that, but isn't it true, that the older you get the smarter you get.

All of my teammates have been fighting the same bug that I have been. We probably are all just passing it back and forth between each other to be truthful. With that being said everyone is still on pace and no lifts are being missed. This group is hungry and I can tell that each of them are highly anticipating stepping on that platform in March.
