I am actually two reverse band training weeks behind everybody else currently due to several factors. If you have been reading my log then you know what those are. So technically today should have been a grey band (in this order: black, blue, grey, orange, monster mini, mini) but I chose to do the blue band and give this reverse band deadlifting a go.

This is a first for me. I have never done reverse band sumo pulls before, nor have I ever pulled in a canvas suit, plus I am pulling from the floor. I did realize this, I really fu@$ing hate deadlifting now. It's going to take me quiet some time to get this all figured out. I can already tell for myself that this Metal canvas suit is too much for me. There is just too much going on and I can't find a comfort zone. I'm sure it's probably because I am a pussy but I have to find some thing that will work better that this. But as I said this will take time and time is all I have. I still have a couple of poly squat suits and also a Metal sumo puller that I will give a go as well. All in all it's a start and that is better than nothing at this point. I still laugh because here I am getting ready to turn 45 years old I am just now trying to become a real powerlifter....
