Feeling better than last week but my damn sinuses are still screwed up. Nose spray has become my best friend as of late.

Today was a focus on more growth in my legs. I must get this foundation laid to squat bigger weights. That is not happening with average legs. I command you to grow!

Also my eating has been on point as well. Melissa has been taking care of all of our meal prep as always. My weight is staying around a solid 298....
