Grey bands this week!

I really felt like squatting today. My focus is better than it ever has been. Having great training partners that support you, inspire you and are as dedicated as you are really makes me feel complete. I am so lucky and blessed to be surrounded by my Team.

All of my pickups again were on point. I kept my straps at what we call big fist tightness. I stayed with moderate knee wraps as well. I thought my speed was very good on each set I took. I know I say this allot but my confidence is growing by leaps and bounds with my squat. Its a shame I did not start trying to become a full power lifter way earlier in my career but it is what it is. Better now than never. For me I think its become more enjoyable at my current age and I enjoy the challenge. Maybe the timing is perfect. We will see!....
