Feeling better today than I have been. I dont know what the hell has been going around here lately but I think we need this part of NC quarantined bad!

I pulled conventional today and pushed myself right to the point I needed to. This is the first time ever in my life I have stayed consistent in pulling both sumo and conventional during a training cycle. I pull sumo one week then conventional the next and repeat. Im not sure if either are getting way is better for me as of yet but training both ways can do nothing but help me.

The deadlift for me is something I must work harder at than any other lift. I truly only get what I put in on this lift. Deadlift has always been my Achilles heel. I am guilty of not pushing hard enough or training my pull consistently for years. It is my own fault and can blame nothing else but me for my deficiencies in this lift. This go round though, I am trying my best to stop my previous trends of being a pussy and not doing what needed to be done.
