Orange Bands this week!

My confidence is rising, just like the bar on my back! Rising faster and faster. I am very excited about how this training cycle has gone and I feel as if at 45ish I am hitting my stride again.

By the time I get to this band during a training cycle, I know If I am where I need to be with this weight on my back. With that said, I am exactly where I need to be. In two short weeks I will drop to the green mini bands and that will wrap up this rev band training cycle and heavy squats using 960 pounds as my projection weight.

This training method has worked for many many years for us training in multiply. We continue to perfect this type of rev band training, cycle after cycle and we continue to attain our goals by doing so. Here is what I did today....
