My squat has really made progress in these past few weeks. I can truly tell I am ready to step my squat game up this year.
I must remain focused and not get ahead of myself though. I have a long road ahead of me and I dont have time to loose my way doing stupid shit and getting comfortable.
One more heavy squat week and then I will take a break, rest up, recharge and step up again for more progress.
I truly want to thank my Team for believing in me and supporting me. I am nothing without these folks in my life.
