Green Mini Bands this week!

These past nine weeks have actually been very fun for me. I have enjoyed my journey during this training cycle. Each new training cycle is not only just a new journey but a new test, I knew let's see what you're made of and let's not forget a new can you actually still do this but do it better.

I pushed myself harder than I ever have on squat this training cycle and I am very happy with the outcome. I am not content in no way shape or fashion, all I have done is push myself to be hungrier and to see how far I can actually take this.

Everyone likes to talk the talk but that has never been me. I'm a person that walks the walk. I always have been in all aspects in life. Lifting is no different. I set my goals, I work like hell to attain them and I do everything in my means to make them a reality. Sometimes you will face adversity and even failure You can't always measure yourself from your success. It's how you attain your success from your multiple failures, obstacle and what ever else life throws at you.

I'm still traveling down this road and I am not sure when I will get to the end. I know that I will face adversities along the way but that is OK. Nothing in life is worth having that is easy to obtain. What I am after, at my age defintley will not be easy but thats why it will taste great when I achieve it.

Im still on this road to a grand....
