I need more work learning the groove of the Metal Canvas squat suit. The movement wearing the canvas is more upright than the poly suit. I push back hard in the poly suit and need to adjust to sit more straight down in the canvas.

Squats felt good today and are feeling more natural. I need to get the groove to be automatic so when things get heavy I don't default to what I'm most experienced with.
