Work has been crazy and I had extra meetings this week and deadlines for some projects and decided not to train. I could have got in a session here or there and did some things but I decided against it. My training has been progressing well and I did not see the need or benefit of a quick workout while I was tired and had a lot of other things on my mind. Sometimes when I'm stressed a good training session is exactly what I need but I didn't feel that way this week. If you find yourself in a similar situation I suggest you take a few moments and consciously think about how you are feeling and what you need both mentally and physically before rushing a workout.
