The more I think about my actions at my last meet the more disappointed and angry I am with myself. These feelings have helped me to make the decision to train for another meet. I'm going to continue my deload for the time being but will be thinking about a plan to start a pre-meet prep training cycle.

spud strap cable movement for back

100 for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

assisted dips/chin-ups

100 pounds of assistance - movements were supersetted

3 sets of 15 each
