I train solo during the week with the exception of when someone happens to come in to train while I'm training. Most of the time I prefer it that way but at other times it limits how much I can push myself and what I can do. During this part of the training cycle, it is limiting....

worked up to 8 plates per side for 3 sets of 5 reps

pull down abs
