worked up to 325 plus 3 chains per side for 4 sets of 3 reps

 

hypers against average band

3 sets of 20 reps

 

adductor / abductor

50 reps each with 100 pounds

 

 

Thursday

 

warm-ups

reverse grip dumbbell press, Indian club swings

 

slight decline dumbbell press

worked up to 115's doing sets of 12 reps for 4 sets

 

overhead military press with swiss angle grip press bar

whatever weight the green Eleiko plates are for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

upright barbell rows

95 for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

shoulder pull throughs

3 sets of 3 reps

 

A couple of good sessions and had fun training.
