I was only able to get in one day of training this week due to some unexpected work obligations that arose.

leg press - done unilaterally

empty sled for 20 reps

1 plate per side for 2 sets of 20 reps

2 plates per side for 2 sets of 20 reps

 

back attack machine

3 plates for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

walking lunges - held bamboo bar on my back for positioning

4 trips of 50 feet

 

decline bench crunches

3 sets of 15  reps
