Block 12, Wave 3 - OH

I've had numerous minor injuries to various fingers over the years and the pinky is generally a pretty easy one to train through.  Plus, hand skin grows back fast.

I was not bending my knees on returning to the rack position during the first set with 295, which caused me to lose my air and made me a little more wobbly.  I fixed this on the second set and it was much easier.

I started to slow down just a little on bench toward the end otherwise I would have bumped up another 10 lbs for the last 2 sets.
