Today our Powerlifters hit a rough lower body based workout.  Heavy rack pulls along with snatch grip dears for reps were just a couple of movements they did.  Most everyone did well.  I had one lifter respond that she needs to actually "deadlift more".  Now mind you we just did "actual deadlifts" less than a week ago and the rack pulls today and snatch grip deads are great variations of an "actual deadlift".  Too many cooks in the kitchen aka social media bullshit.  We have a great plan but they need to follow the plan and give all they have every session.

As far as for my self sleeping has been rough. My resting heart rate for the last 4 weeks has been over 100bpm 24hrs a day.  It is hard to walk or do anything without fatigue setting in.  Really praying for good news this thurs.
