Today the powerlifting squad basically did a bar and change with squat, bench, dead.  After that they did minimum accessory work.  The rest of week is rest and travel.

I started Phase 2 of my template to get my muscles activated and prepped to lift heavier weights in three weeks.  I don't plan on getting back to where I want to be until New Years.  I have small goals to be at Halloween as well.  Today I did, incline dumbbell press, db mil press, last pulldowns, scarecrows, bob shrugs and abs.  All was 4x10.  Feels good to lift, keeps me sane.
