Got the crew back today.  Everyone that didn't compete at the GPC worlds had the week off or light on own.  We started today heavy volume work.  Will prob do this between 8-12 weeks depending on how they respond.

For myself I am at the third and final week of Phase 2.  I did DB bench, DB Mil, Close grip pulldowns, scarecrows, BB shrugs then abs.  All were done at 4x12.  Cannot gain weight to save my life between 262-265 depending on the day I lift.  Once I can lift heavier and add some muscle mass the weight should come on.
