Today the powerlifting squad hit again a lot of volume.  While playing in Milwaukee my strength coach showed me a "level DB presses".  They are super fun.  On top of this they did a lot of upper body movements.

For myself I did upper body as well.  Between every set I take a good 1-3 min rest to get my heart rate down.  I hit BB Mil press, BB Incline Press, Hammer strength Shrugs, Sitting Low row, then I super settled press downs/curls.  All felt great.
