Today our powerlifting squad hit upper body rep method.  They were all Swole as hell they said.  Watching this group grow is awesome.

I hit my third week of phase 3.  Did BB mil, BB incline, shrugs, low rows, curls/rope press downs.  Waiting on some news to as if we continue the route I am on or if I have to go under the knife again.  Will keep everyone posted.
