Feeling good just weak.  Still hate walking but have to do per Dr. orders.  Here is what is did today.


Treadmill 6min. 2.3 MPH 5min. 2.8MPH 1min

Leg ext 3x10 2 sets 5 plates last set 6plates 1min

Leg curls 3 x 10  6 plates  1min rest

Abduction/Adduction. 3x10  5plates 1 min rest.

Am planning on drinking cold brew coffee everyday I have to function lol, for energy.  Levels were good today.
