Extra Work

I felt good today besides some normal posterior chain DOMS from yesterday so I did a little bit of extra upper body assistance work since I had to skip some on my primary upper day on Monday of this week.  No soreness in my calves though, which is what I thought would be the outcome of my experiment repeating the single drop set that wrecked my calves last week.  I usually adapt pretty fast to a novel stimulus when it is a movement that I have trained extensively in the past, especially if I have been training it recently.
