Heavy Lower @ BSG
First time training after work and I definitely need to bring another meal to eat after lunch, but before I head out to train. Other than being hungry bordering on hangry, this was a solid training day.
14" Car DL (using loaded barbell for front bar, a.k.a. Mullet Deadlifts)

I had a false start on the last set because I was out of position at the start and I felt it as soon as I cracked the bar off the blocks so I reset and tugged again from a better starting position.
