"Post your favorite platform lift". Obviously, my third pull from @jesseburdick Reebok Record Breakers in 2016. 727lbs. The only time i've ever gone 9/9. Done 20 weeks after surgically repairing my right distal biceps tendon, and done with that same hand underhand. My first meet back after bombing spectacularly against @frankdaddy29 . The first and only time, so far, i've hit a 2000lb total in sleeves. And at the time, a 275lb total PR. . . . Things have changed SO much in just about 4 short years, but many things have stayed the same. It is only lifting weights. But it can mean so much more than that too. I started bawling walking off the platform, and it was not at all because of the weight that was lifted. . . . @scottmiller5 @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition @positionusa #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching
