After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

On this particular Friday evening, after running the gym, I had to run home, meet my training partner Alex at the house, and drive up to Chicago area to help coach some of the ex Purdue guys that I still work with. So I basically had about 35 minutes to train after closing up the gym, and this was the workout that I opted to cram in. Needless to say, training density was at it's highest! A great training session can be done with minimal time, you just have to be efficient and get things done!
