..Push presses need a lot of practice after not having really ever done them consistently. Gotta refresh on technique for these, but also gotta stop over-thinking/hesitating and just be explosive and press the damn thing..

Week 4: Overhead Press (Explosive / Strength / Accessories)

A1. Med ball overhead throws - 5x3

A2. Band Pull-Aparts - 5x15

B. Overhead Strict Press (barbell) - Triples up to top set of 185x4

C. Push Press - Drop back down to 135lbs and do triples up to 225x3

D. Strict Press Down Set - 145x8

E1. Seated Scapular Retraction Rows - 4x10

E2. Dumbbell Tate Presses - 4x10

F. Rear Delt Flyes (banded) - 3x15
