A week of deload did a body good....

I received a new bench shirt in the mail from my Fargo brother Marshall Johnson that he said he could not get on. Its a new Metal Pro in the King material. I told him I could get it on and send it to ol Mt. Nebo and lets give it a try....

The shirt is nasty and I mean nasty. The King material in this type of shirt is a bear to deal with. I did get in the shirt with no real issues. I like tight shirts. I always have. I wear what the chart for a 242 is suppose to wear. Now, not everyone like tight bench shirts but then again not everyone likes nose tork either, its more of a love or hate thing.

Anyways the size 58 was a perfect fit for me. We used some baby powder and two grown men tuggin for about 15 min but we got it on and it felt awesome. The King material is definatly not for the faint at heart and not forgiving. I knew once we got started and it took 700 pounds to get to a 3board this was going to be interesting....
