OH/BP Assistance

I passed on events this weekend because I had a ton of other stuff going on and I was feeling like dookie.  I have trained for strongman on almost every Saturday morning for the past 12 years, so if I skip a day here and there every once in a while, I know I won't lose anything (as long as I'm not closing in on a competition).

On the GREAT news side though, this weekend Iron Strong CrossFit here in Salisbury is moving into a larger space.  I helped out on Saturday morning and I've got to say, the new layout reminded me a lot of the old S4 compound at EliteFTS.  I'll get a video posted soon with more info about it because this is BIG!
