For one reason or another I havent been able to get to the gym at all since I got back from vacation and that's okay.  I had been finding myself saying that I really wanted to start running again.  I was a little worried about my back, and then I kind of realize...nothing is really making it 100% better and nothing is making me regress at this point, so I wanna give it a go...and I did.  The plan for now is to just stick to a mile until I can run straight through, and then just build from there.  I'm excited for this.
