Lily and I went to a performance art show yesterday at a local venue last night and I have to saw it was awful. Probably the worst performance I had ever see...so swing and a miss on the local Columbus art scene yesterday. We will swing again and hope for a better artist. So we went to the compound late and got some benching in.

started with 3 chains per side

worked up to bar weight of 275 plus the chains for 3 sets of 6 reps

 

SS Yoke bar tricep work

225 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

standing barbell military press

135 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

chest supported barbell rows

worked up to 225 for 1 sets of 8 reps

205 for 2 sets of 8 reps
