reverse grip dumbbell press, Indian club swings, band pull aparts

 

Barbell press against chains (3 chains per side)

worked up to 275 for 3 sets of 6 reps

 

flat dumbbell press

75's for 100 total reps

 

Tricep extensions with SS Yoke bar

worked up to 225 for 2 sets of 10 reps

 

Barbell military press

135 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

I really need to set a goal.
