Ultra Wide deadlift (belt squat, neutral grip). Worked to 270lbs x4

November 28th

Echo bike 6min. Got to 1:70

Barbell Push ups. 5xfail. 78 total reps

Upright rows 5x10

November 29th

Treadmill 6min. 3:6mph for 5:20 then 4:6 for 40sec. 

Neck 1x15 w/95lbs

November 30th

TTF LOWER WARM UP

CONVENTIONAL deadlifts (1mat) worked to 585x2

Leg Press 3x6. Worked up to 580lbs

December 1st

Close grip pulldowns (prime supination)
