slight incline dumbbell press

worked up doing sets of 8 to 150's for 8 reps

 

dumbbell rows

worked up to 150's for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

h-raises

25's for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

tricep extensions with SS Yoke bar

worked up to 225 for 3 sets of 9 reps

 

Felt really strong today. I haven't felt this strong in a while.
