Lily and I got up super early and hit the gym because we are going to a jewelry making class today. Finding a balance between training and life is critical for happiness. Being fortunate enough to get to spend life with Lily I have realized this and I've never been happier. She's supportive, fun, loving, appreciative and incredibly beautiful. Life is perfect.

warm-ups

hip rotations, Indian club swings, band pull aparts, rolling

 

SS Yoke bar squats to a slightly high box

worked up doing sets of 5 to 315 for 4 sets of 5 reps

 

deadlifts against quaded monster mini bands

worked up to 225 for 1 set of 3

these felt great and I wanted to keep it that way so I shut it down

that was all we had time for...

as for jewelry...we made the silver pendents below...It's great having the love of your life and best friend in the same person...
