Well...after yesterday's early day...we came in late today...sleeping in is good. Lily and I headed to the compound to get in some work.

band pull aparts, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

slight incline dumbbell press

worked up to 110's for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

deficit bench

135 for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

chest supported t-bar rows

worked up to 4 plates for 3 sets of 10 reps followed by a drop set of 6 reps per plate

 

behind the head barbell military press

worked up to 135 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

things are feeling good and I'm thinking about a spring meet.
