rolling, rolling, rolling

 

push ups on bench bar placed in the bottom of the power rack

100 total reps this took 3 sets

 

chin-ups

50 total reps this took 6 sets

 

standing barbell military press

worked up doing sets of 10 to 135 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

good to be home
