Lily and I went to the gym later in the day today. Lots going on and we will be moving to our new place soon. We are both excited and looking forward to having our own place which is being remodeled and made brand new for us.

worked up to 405 doing sets of 5 for 3 sets of 5 reps

 

stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts

worked up to 90's for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

adductor machine

130 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

abductor machine

130 for 3 sets of 15 reps
