Lily and I arrived at the compound today after everyone had wrapped up their training. I used to prefer training earlier in the day but with Lily having a couple lazy mornings together each week takes priority over making sure I'm at the gym at a certain time. She is the best part of life and has had a dramatically positive impact in how I view the world, my priorities and my happiness. Life with her is perfect.

As for training here is what was done...

 

Warm-ups

Indian club swings, band pull aparts, rolling, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Reverse band bench-taking an estimated 50 pounds off at the chest (95 pound bar weight would touch the bench)

worked up doing triples to 405 for a single,

405 for a triple

405 for 5 reps

 

Chest supported t-bar row machine

worked up to 4 plates for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

behind the head barbell military press

95 for 4 sets of 12 reps
