I took a week off from training period and let my body rest and recuperate. I needed it. For me at this point, rest and rehab are my best friends.
This first week back I just wanted to take it slow, have some fun and do some different shit that I needed.
Today was about working on my shitty sumo technique. At some point, maybe one day, I will get better at this movement. Im still working on it and that has to count for something....
