Monday is usually my deadlift day and the girls squat day. I have actually decided this go round to really give multiply sumo a try. A real try. Not kind of but for real this time. With that I have a lot to fix, make stronger and technique to work on. I am really cranking out my supplemental work on these days to get a jump on this when my real training cycle starts back. Here again is a list of things I am doing and again a minimum of 500 reps and up to 1000 total reps with any numbers of these movements listed. I go off of feel and need for what things I use more of or need more of. I am just trying to get stronger and build up areas. I am not making it complicated and all sciency....

- Leg curl
- Leg Ext
- Leg Press
- Hack Squat
- Super Squat machine
- Goblet squats
- Lunges
- Calf Raises
- Box jumps
- BB Shrugs
- Seated row machine
- Abs, abs and abs
Again I go for 2 hours as hard as I can go with short breaks and high reps really working the burn and muscle. Now I know there is someone reading this and they are going to say this movement is missing and this movement is missing from that lineup you have and you may be right but these are my go to movements that work for me and I am sure I have forgotten something to list.
