I am continuing my surge to become a multiply sumo puller. When you suck as I do anything change wise is not going to hurt. I am reaching out to some heavy hitters in the quest to turn this bench guy into a decent puller. I plan to test their coaching abilities, philosophies and knowledge and see if they can really help me. I am going to apply myself like never before and give myself ample time to learn this new way of pulling and to actually give 100% and see what happens. I figure two full 12 week training cycles should yield some sort of resemblance of positive change and improvement....

Today was just about "testing". I actually love to pull against bands. Maybe its because I feel it keeps me in line with the tension being applied, Maybe I think it looks cool. Hell I don't know but here it is....
