Off Season Training - Week 2 Day 1....

I feel like an 80 year old man right now lol.

I am doing everything in my power right now to get healthy and back on track.

My Team is working hard right now. Off Season training for us is very hard. Think cardio, reps, nausea, sweat and sucking but this is what gets them ready for their meet training cycle.

What we do aint for everybody but its worked pretty well for twenty years and will continue to do so....

Here is what I did since I cant do much:

Seated Banded Face Pulls

5 x 40

Light DB Shrugs

5 x 20

Standing Machine Calf Raises

5 x 20
