We are currently working hard on our Team Nebobarbell HOPE Drive. This is our 7th year sponsoring local children in need here in our community. We have 5 boys this year and I am super excited about helping these kids.
Each year we look to help as many kids as we can find in the worse conditions that go under the radar of the system and fall through the cracks. These kids do not ask or want to be in the situations they are in but any positivity and help we can give these wonderful kids we try and do.
Seeing their smiling faces, watching them open gifts and forgetting about the negativity in their lives for a few hours is always awesome to see. I swear i get teary eyed each and every year at this event. I want to give huge thanks to everyone that helps and contributes to our HOPE Drive each and every year!
Today was another tough day but im trying to push through but be smart with everything that is going on with me. I have to remain patient and be smart and not make things worse.
